Warranty Coverage

All V&Y loudspeakers and subwoofers are covered by a 10-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in:

• materials
• manufacturing
• structural integrity of the cabinet
• internal components under normal use

If a defect occurs within the warranty period, V&Y will, at its discretion:

• repair the product, or
• replace the defective component, or
• replace the product with an equivalent model.

This warranty applies only to:

• the original purchaser
• products purchased through V&Y Acoustics or authorized partners
• products used under normal residential listening conditions

Proof of purchase may be required for warranty claims.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• amplifier clipping or excessive power
• accidents, drops, or physical damage
• exposure to moisture, liquids, or extreme environmental conditions
• unauthorized modifications or repairs
• cosmetic wear that does not affect performance

Normal aging of components and finishes is not considered a defect.
