Shipping & Delivery Policy

Overview

V&Y Acoustics loudspeakers are produced in limited quantities and carefully assembled to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and acoustic performance.

Unlike mass-produced electronics, each system is built to order, allowing us to maintain strict quality control and precision in every product delivered.

This policy outlines production timelines, shipping procedures, and delivery expectations.

Production Time

All V&Y loudspeakers and subwoofers are produced on a made-to-order basis.

Once an order is confirmed, the typical production and preparation time is:

4–5 weeks

This period includes:

• cabinet fabrication and finishing
• driver assembly
• crossover installation
• acoustic verification
• final quality inspection
• secure packaging preparation

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once the product is ready for dispatch.

Shipping & Transit Time

After production is completed, delivery time depends on the destination country and logistics provider.

5–10 business days

Europe
7–14 business days

North America
8–16 business days

Other regions
10–18 business days

Transit times may vary depending on customs clearance and local logistics conditions.

Shipping Partners

V&Y works with reliable international logistics partners to ensure safe transportation of all products.

Once a shipment is dispatched, customers will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery progress.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery.

If the shipping carton shows visible damage:

• note the damage with the courier before accepting the package
• take photographs of the carton and product
• notify V&Y within 48 hours of delivery

This allows us to assist quickly with claims or replacements.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

V&Y cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping information.
