60-Day Home Evaluation

At V&Y Acoustics, we believe that exceptional loudspeakers should be experienced in the environment that matters most — your own listening space.

To provide customers with complete confidence when purchasing online, V&Y offers a 60-Day Home Evaluation beginning from the date of delivery.

During this period, customers may evaluate their system in their personal listening environment. If the product does not meet expectations, a return request may be submitted in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return under the 60-Day Home Evaluation: • the request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery • the product must remain in excellent working condition • the product must be free from physical damage or misuse • the product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation Products returned without original packaging or with visible damage may not qualify for a full refund.

Return Request Procedure

Customers wishing to initiate a return must contact V&Y Acoustics within the evaluation period. Please include: • order number • product model • description of the request Return requests can be submitted via: support@vyacoustics.com Once the request is reviewed, our support team will provide detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or shipping damage, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be carefully repackaged using the original packaging to ensure safe transportation. V&Y Acoustics cannot accept responsibility for damage that occurs during return transit.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase. Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the return results from a verified product defect.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify V&Y Acoustics within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs of: • the shipping carton • the product • visible damage or defect Our team will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may not be accepted in the following situations: • damage caused by misuse or improper installation • products modified or altered after delivery • missing original packaging or accessories • excessive wear beyond normal evaluation

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once a product has been shipped, the 60-Day Home Evaluation policy applies.
